For more than two decades, I led global teams across organizations including Maersk, Walmart, The Home Depot, and NYSHEX. Today, I bring that leadership experience to my work as a mentor, facilitator, speaker, and trusted thinking partner for leaders, professionals and changemakers navigating meaningful evolution.
The people I work with are often successful by conventional measures. Yet many find themselves asking deeper questions about contribution, fulfillment, leadership and what comes next.
Together, we create the space for reflection, clarity and courageous exploration so the next chapter emerges from wisdom rather than pressure and from possibility rather than obligation.
Meaningful growth is not about becoming someone new. It is about becoming more fully yourself.

My Story
For more than two decades, I led global logistics and supply chain teams with organizations including Maersk, The Home Depot, Walmart and NYSHEX.
From the outside, it looked successful. In many ways, it was.
Yet over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to a different question:
How do we sustain meaningful work, leadership, and contribution without losing ourselves in the process?
That question ultimately reshaped both my life and my work.
Today, I partner with leaders, professionals, founders and changemakers exploring what comes next, not because they lack success but because they sense there is a richer, more aligned way to lead, contribute and live.
My work brings together leadership experience, strengths-based development, strategic reflection, facilitation, mentoring and deeply human conversation. I help people integrate the wisdom they have earned, navigate meaningful evolution and create next chapters that reflect both their ambition and their humanity.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, I bring a perspective that honors both performance and wellbeing, achievement and aliveness.
I believe meaningful work should not cost us our aliveness.
I believe sustainable leadership begins with the courage to pause, reflect and listen for what is seeking to emerge next.
What I Believe
I believe meaningful success should not come at the expense of health, relationships, purpose or joy.
I believe rest is not the opposite of ambition. It creates the conditions for clarity, creativity and aliveness.
I believe aliveness creates the conditions for meaningful contribution.
I believe the most fulfilling next chapters are not built by abandoning who we have been but by integrating the wisdom we have earned and expanding into what is now possible.
I believe sustainable leadership begins with self-awareness, honest reflection and the courage to evolve.
I believe the grandest story of our lives may still be unfolding.
